What democratic societies should learn lessen from Australia election 2010:
1. What productive action has PM Julia Gillard in office 100 days?
When inflation is a looming threat, with the nation’s CPI growing by 3.5 per cent year on year – a 22-month high – just last month.
When ultimately slow down the country’s growth and subsequently hose down the demand for Australian commodities.
The Australia historical hung parliament demonstrated the big gap of inequality society between the small educated elite groups who get highest pay by talk feast used mouth work controlling live essential resources of the country in every social platforms against the biggest less educated groups who get lowest pay by hands work squeezed by discriminative policies that sucking live blood from individual poor/less wealth off?
Voters’ voices do not hear?
Voters’ pains do not ease?
Voters’ cries do not care?
1. Poverty will not be phase out if no fairer resources to share;
2. Illness will not be reducing if no preventive measurement in real action;
3. Agriculture will not be revitalize if urbanization continuing its path;
4. Housing affordability will not be reach for young generation if government continues cashing from young generation debt by eating out the whole cake of education export revenue without plough back;
5. Manufacture industry will shrink smaller and smaller if no new elements there to power up to survive;
6. Employability will not in the sustainable mode for so long as manufacture and agriculture not going to boost.

Do you know the statistics for women who get abortions for the reason of rape are very low? Just because you get raped, doesn’t necassarily mean you will fall pregnant.

For the subject on whether or not Australia is a Christian Nation. Read it

116. The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, and no religious test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust under the Commonwealth.

This means that they will not push anyone to any religion and will let anyone practice their religion and will not make it a criteria that you need for a job.

When our Commonwealth Constitution was being debated a prominent founding politician, Sir John Downer, said, “This Commonwealth of Australia from its first stage will be a Christian Commonwealth”.

Australia is a Christian nation in the same way as we identify other nations, India as a Hindu nation, Pakistan as a Muslim nation, etc.

Not everyone living in Australia is a Christian, although nearly 70% claim they are Christian in the National Census, with their Christian identification such as Catholic, Pentecostal etc.

And I like how you didn’t refute anything I said aside from the rape and Christian Nation comments.

We all have “friends” who allow us to reinforce our views – just like Tony Abbott allegedly has gay friends “very close ones”.

“Some of my closest friends are…” or “I have a friend who was…” are the new “I’m not racist but…”.

PS, check out section 116 of the Australian constitution. Australia is not and has never been a nation defined by any kind of religion.

Scientific fact my arse! It has life! You may want to call it a foetus and say its not ready yet but its still alive.

Do you have any idea what happens to a baby while it goes through abortion? During a video ‘The Silent Scream’, an ultrasound showed that the baby had opened up its mouth and was moving away from the needle. The doctor said that the only possible explanation was that it was screaming. It’s alive. Your stupid, insenstive views don’t mean anything.

And if a woman is raped, turn in it to a good situation, give the miracle of life! I have a friend who was raped and she still went through the pregnancy and she said that to see that baby smile made her forget the struggle that she went through.

There have been cases where a baby has been said they would have Down Sydrome and they have turned out to be perfectly healthy. You just imagine if you were in the baby’s situation. Wouldn’t you want to live? I’d think I would. I don’t think someone would go “Oh its fine just murder me, I’ll be okay – I’m just a foetus”

Your supposed to be smart right? Than use your friken head!

Oh and don’t make the assumption that woman will be voting for Julia Gillard because of her gender. I certainly won’t and I work with many woman who hate her more than I do.

i, for one, dont think a baby should be born if it is are unwanted.
if a woman uninentionally falls pregnant (which, by the way, is both as equally the fault of the man as it is the woman in most cases), & has no choice to abort, shes pretty much flushed her life down the drain. unfortunatley in society, its assumed that its the womans responsibility to raise the child – she, not the father, is the one who has to put her entire life on hold.
a baby could have down syndrome, & alot of women opt to have their babies aborted because otherwise this would mean giving up your entire life to look after this individual pretty much until the day you die.
& in addition to this, some women might not be financially able to raise a baby. therefore, should the baby be born, it would be born into bad circumstances. this would also be the case if the mother/father where alcoholics/drug abusers/psychologically unwell.
a woman who falls pregnant may also suffer incredible illness during that whole 9 month period. i for one, couldnt stand to be sick for a whole 9 months at the expense of something thats more a seamonkey than a human.
some other things can go wrong – condoms break, contraceptive pills dont work, or a woman can get raped.
i wouldnt want to have my rapists child. as well as being psychologically scarred, i would of also then had my whole life ripped apart by some psycho with a boner.

for a comparison, imagine a stranger is plugged into you, & using your organs to survive, as if you are their life support system, for the next 9 months. you have every right to unplug yourself from that stranger, even if it means their death. of course, it would be nice if you didnt, but you should be the one in control of a situation like that, dont you think?

abortion is generally only wanted by women (&men) who are not ready for a baby at the particular stage in their life when they fall pregnant. you have an option to opt out of it – isnt that a good thing?

Why does it matter whether or not she has children? How does this make her any less fit to lead than a man who impregnated a woman?

That is beside the point though, you further expose your ignorance by seeming to suggest that it is actually *possible* to perform an abortion on a baby.

It isn’t.

Abortions ar > 28 weeks in any state in Australia are illegal – in some states, it is as low as 14 weeks before they become illegal.

During this time, there is no “baby”, rather a foetus. They have the potential to “have a life and become a person” however at this point, they are incapable of surviving without their attachment to their mother.

The woman carrying the foetus has the complete, unassailable right to choose whether or not to continue that support and should not be told otherwise by others who would claim an ignorant high moral ground.

You are either a very well disguised troll or a completely ignorant oxygen thief who really should have themselves been aborted.

It is very disingenuous of you to suggest that I have said that it is “ok to murder babies” – tantamount to outright dishonesty actually.

You are welcome to speak your mind, but please do not misrepresent my position or scientific fact when doing so.
